  Never go to this store!!! I had a terrible experience with Mike. He was rude and completely ignorant. He was yelling at me and was insistent that the problem with my bill was my fault, when in fact it was an error that was found shortly after by the Orland Store, made by AT&T. He became extremely "cocky" and unprofessional because I was trying to explain to him the issues that was told to me about my bill. He became upset and refused my payment because he states that I used a derogatory statement, when in fact I never even said anything disrespectful or of that nature. I think he should be fired for how he treated me; I'm sure that is how he treats many people. I also had a witness with me, who also appalled by the level of unprofessional behavior that he portrayed. Needless to say I will not be returning to that store!!
