  Stay away at all cost!!!! We had Bank of America for past 16 years. We decided to leave because of rude manager. We asked them for a credit card payoff on December 12th both online and in office. We paid it off and closed account they said because there was interest of .03 cents over night in the 12th it reopened the account and hit us with a new year monthly fee of $28.00 and never told us and it against our credit when we thought it was paid off. They refuse to do anything because we left them after 16 years of service. SCAM BANK.
