  My experience with SS of Homer Glen was not a good one. Last year, my wife missed an appointment because she was taken to the hospital. This was back in January 2016. After being admitted to the hospital for what turned out to be 3 weeks, she called SS of Homer Glen to explain why she missed her appointment. No doctor's note was asked for, my wife assumed that all was well. Wrong. They wanted their $25 missed appointment fee and they wanted it bad. They sent several bills to us demanding that money from us. However, my family and I had moved to a western suburb by that point so we weren't getting the bills. Until earlier this summer (2017) when we got a letter signed by Sheryl Leipold herself stating that they were going to hand over our (now $29.40) bill over to collections. And that's exactly what they did. What a terrible way to treat a customer....over $30 nonetheless. Collections over $30?!?!? For a missed dental appointment?!!? I called them but it was too late. Now our credit will be damaged. But SS of Homer Glen doesn't care. They so desperately wanted that $25 cancellation fee from my hospitalized wife.
  This is just bad business and lack of respect for other human beings.
