  I bought a $200.00 door that I could never pick up because my handyman kept canceling on me and I don't have a truck. The manager (a blonde lady) was very rude and wanted to charge me 25% as a storage fee for the door even though I have called probably a half a dozen times and their employees said not to worry just come in and get a refund. She said I should have read the fine print! She gave me a coupon only to be used for store credit. After I'm certain their bank has made quite a bit of interest on having my money. Bottom line -I still have nothing for my money and after dealing with this young, ill mannered amateur I don't even want to shop there ever again. I gave them cash but they wouldn't give it back to me. MENARDS needs a kinder human being to deal with people. Especially after having taken my money (which they still have) and then treated me with disrespect in front of other customers. Shame on this store. PS. All of the other employees there have been lovely always -it's not their fault.

  Found what I needed. Helpful staff. Good pricing. The people there know their stuff and will go there extra mile to help you find an answer. They consistently have a bigger selection than Home Depot.

  When we need cold patch we use menards Bull Creek asphalt patch with a vibratory plate compactor its as good as real hot asphalt. You can only buy it at Menards.
